Dahi BarayDahi Baray


Ingredients


Mash ki daal: ½ cup
Hari Mirch: 2 adad
Lusun: 1 teaspoon
Salt: Hisb-e-zaiqa
Khanay Ka Soda: ½ teaspoon
Dahi: 1 cup
Chat masala: Hisb-e-zarorat
Sugar: 2-4 Teaspoon
Oil: For frying


Procedure


1. Sab sey phelay mash ki daal 1 sey 2 hours kay liyeh pani mein bheego dain.
2. Jab daal naram pard jaye tuo pani sey natar lain.
3. Mash ki daal mein lusun aur hari mirch pees kar shaamil karlain.
4. Uskay baad salt aur khanay ka soda daal kar thori dair rakh dain.
5. Phir mash ki daal kay pakoray bana kar fry karain.
6. Fry karnay kay mash ki daal kay pakorao ko adhay ghantay kay liye pani mein bheego dain.
7. Eik bowl mein dahi nikal kar achi trah beat karaye.
8. Phir us mein sugar shamil kar kar thori dair dahi ko fridge mein rakh dain.
9. Phir fridge mein sey nikaal kar mash ki daal kay pakoray daal dain.
10. Mezadar Dahi Baray tayaar hain.
11. Chat masala daal kar paish karaye.

 

CholayCholay


Ingredients


Cholay Chotay walay: 1 cup
Khanay ka soda: 1 spoon
Hari Mirch: 4-6
Hara Dania: ½ gadi
Lal Khuti Mirch: ½ Tablespoons
Tomato: 1
Onion:1
Olive oil: 4 Tablespoon
Dahi: 1 tablespoon
Potato boiled: 1


Procedure


1. Raat bhar kay liyeh cholo ko bheego dain.
2. Aglay din cholo ko boil karnay rakh dain, us mein khanay ka soda bhi mila dain.
3. Jab cholay achay trah gal jaye tuo us ka pani khushk karlain.
4. Aik fry pan olive oil, dahi, lal khuti mirch ko bhun lain.
5. Bhunay kay bad cholay mein shaamil karlain.
6. Onion, hari mirch aur tomato ko bareek kaat lain.
7. Eik bowl mein cholo ko nikal lain.
8. Upper sey onion, hari mirch, potato aur tomato sey garnish karaye.
9. Mezedar cholay tayaar hain.

Procedure


1. Sab sey phelay satay fruits ko kaat lain.
2. Eik bowl mein black pepper, chat masala, dalaye aur us mein saray fruits mix kardijiye.
3. Upper sey lemon ka juice chirak dain.

 

Spaghettis Spaghettis

Ingredients

Spaghettis: 1 packets
Vegetables: 1 cup
Boiled chicken: 1 cup
Vinegar: 1 Teaspoon
Chinese Salt: 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper
Salt
Boiled Egg: 2

Procedure

1. Sab sey phelay spaghettis ko boil karaye.
2. Eik Fry pan mein thara sa oil vegetables and chicken dalaye.
3. Phir iss mein vinegar, Chinese salt, salt and black dal dain.
4. Jab Spaghettis boiled hojaye tuo, uss ko natar kar thora sa oil milla dain
5. Iss kay baad Spaghettis aur mix vegetable and chicken mila dain.
6. Jab tayaar hojaye tuo eggs sey garnish kar kay aftar mein rakhaye.
Yeh aftar kay liyeh bohat halka aur healthy hain.

 

Chinese Pakoray Chinese Pakoray

Ingredients

Maida: 1 cup
Corn flour: 2 table spoon
Chicken boiled 1 cup
Small pieces of Vegetable: 1 cup
Hari paiz: 1 sey 2
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Chinese Salt: 1 teaspoon
Salt
Oil: For frying

Procedure

1. Sab sey phelay maida aur corn flour ko mix karaye.
2. Phir us mein neem garam pani add karaye. Na sada geela na sakht hon.
3. Phir black pepper, salt and Chinese salt ko bhi daal dain.
4. Phir chicken aur vegetables ko bhi mix karaye.
5. Oil garam kar kay fry karaye.
6. Jab light brown hojaye tuo ussay uthar.
7. Garam garam Chinese pakoray tayaar hai.
8. Ketchup kay sath nosh farmaye.

App iss mein baby corn bhi shaamil karsaktay hai.

 

Lab-e-SheeriLab-e-Shirren

Ingredients


Milk: 1 kg
Strawberry custard: 2 tablespoon
Color ful sawaiyan: ½ cup
Sugar: 8 table spoon
Cooking Jelly: 1 packet

Procedure


1. Milk ko boil karanay rakh dain.
2. Jab tak jelly ko tayaar kar kay thanda karlain. Aur cubes shape mein kaat lain.
3. Jab milk boil hojaye tuo uss mein elachai kay danay aur sugar mila dain.
4. Phir us mein sawaiyan mila dain.
5. Jab sawaiya gal jaye tuo us mein custard mix kar kay thori dair pukaye.
6. Cholay sey uthar kar thanda karnay rakh dain. Jab thand hojaye jelly ko mila dain.
7. Phir freezer mein thanda honay rakh dain.
8. Ramdan mein asan Lab-e-Sheeri ki recipes tayaar hai.

 

Cheese Roll

Ingredients

Cheese: 1 cup
Roll ki rotiyan: 8 Adad
Cabbage: Half Cup
Salt: 1 – 2 pinch
Oil: For frying

Procedure

1. Cheese aur cabbage ko mix karaye
2. Us mein phir salt milaye.
3. Iss kay baad roll banaye.
4. Roll jab ban jaye tuo oil garam karaye.
5. Oil teez garam ho kiun key roll ko foran nikalna hai.
6. Oil mein fry karaye. Jab fry light brown hojaye tuo foran nakaal lijiye.
7. Agar forn na nikaal tuo cheese bhar nukaal aye gae.
8. Mazedaar cheese roll tayaar hai.

 

Fry ChiliFry Chili


Ingredients

Green Chilies: 250 gm
Amli: 100 gm
Chat masal: 1 table spoon
Zeerah powder: ½ tea spoon
Besan: Half cup
Salt: Hisb-e-zaiqa
Laal mirch: ½ teaspoon

Procedure

1. Sab sey green chili ko beach mein seu cheera lagah kar us kay seeds nikal lain.
2. Phir thori dair salt kay pani mein bheego dain.
3. Jab tak amli kay pani mein chat masala, salt aur zeerah mila kar paste bana dain.
4. Green chilies ko pani sey natar lain.
5. Jab pani natar jaye tuo us paste ko chili kay beach mein rakhay.
6. Issi trah sab mirchon ko karain.
7. Besan ko pani mein gol kar us mein lal mirch aur salt mila dain.
8. Phir oil garam karnay rakhain.
9. Jab oil garam hojaye tuo green chilies ko besan mein dip kar fry karaye.
10. Jab brown hojaye tuo oil sey naat lain.
11. Chutni aur ketchup kay sath nosh farmaye.

 

Bhuni Hui Chanay Ki DaalBhuni Hui Channay Ki Daal


Ingredients


Chanay ki daal: 1 pao
Zeerah: 1 tea spoon
Salt: Hisb-e-zaiqa
Onion: 1 Adad
Lal sabit mirch: 6-10
Oil: 4 tea spoon


Procedure


1. Channay ki daal ko boil kar kay us ka pani khushk kar lain.
2. Eik fry pan mein oil garam kar kay us mein zeerah ko bhun lain.
3. Phir us onion aur sabit lal mirch dal kar fry karain
4. Jab onion bhi light brown hojaye tuo yeh bhungar chanay ki daal mein daal dain.
5. Mazedar Bhuni Hui Chanay Ki Daal tayaar hai.
6. Ramdan mein sab sey asan dish.

 

Egg Fried Rice Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients


Boil Rice: 2 cups
Mix vegetables: 1 cup (small pieces)
Fry Eggs: 2 (thora sa zarday ka rung mila dain)
Chinese Salt: 1 tea spoon
Oil

Procedure


1. Sab sey pan mein thra sa oil daal kar us mein mix vegetable ko fry karaye.
2. Phir Chinese salt, Fry egg and boil rice mila dain.
3. Sab ko mix karaye.
4. Egg fried rice tayaar hai.
